Koraclave™ ("we", "us") operates this website — a digital music archive and store for original Koraclave recordings. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
2. Purchases and licence [FOR LEGAL REVIEW — CONFIRM-3]
Each track purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and download the purchased recording for private, non-commercial listening. You may keep your downloaded copies. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, broadcast, synchronise to video, sample, or otherwise exploit the recordings. All copyrights remain with Koraclave.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars via our payment processor. Because purchases deliver immediate digital access, all sales are final except where a recording is materially defective or the law of your place of residence grants a non-waivable withdrawal right — contact us and we will make it right.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to circumvent purchase checks, or abuse the service.
5. Free previews and samples [FOR LEGAL REVIEW — CONFIRM-3]
Sixty-second previews and rotating free samples are provided for discovery. They may change or be withdrawn at any time and confer no licence beyond listening on this site.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
